Unit-1 हर पेपर में सबसे ज़्यादा प्रश्न देता है और सबसे कम समय माँगता है। पूरा syllabus, exam pattern और तैयारी का तरीका।
Teaching Aptitude, UGC NET Paper-1 का Unit-1 है और लगभग हर shift में इससे प्रश्न आते हैं। इसका syllabus छोटा है, लेकिन प्रश्न application-based होते हैं — यानी definition रट लेना काफी नहीं है।
इस guide में Unit-1 का पूरा syllabus, प्रश्नों का pattern और तैयारी का क्रम दिया गया है।
Unit-1 का पूरा syllabus
NTA के syllabus के अनुसार Teaching Aptitude में ये topics आते हैं:
प्रश्न किस तरह पूछे जाते हैं
Unit-1 में सीधे-सीधे "definition क्या है" जैसे प्रश्न अब कम आते हैं। ज़्यादातर प्रश्न situation आधारित होते हैं — एक classroom की स्थिति दी जाती है और पूछा जाता है कि शिक्षक को क्या करना चाहिए।
- Assertion–Reason: दो कथन देकर उनका सम्बन्ध पूछा जाता है
- Match the following: teaching methods और उनकी विशेषताएँ
- Situation-based: दी गई स्थिति में सही teaching approach
- सीधा तथ्य: evaluation के प्रकार, teaching के स्तर

यहाँ students अक्सर फँसते हैं
- Definition रटना: प्रश्न application का आता है, definition का नहीं। हर concept का एक classroom example सोचिए।
- Evaluation को हल्के में लेना: Evaluation systems से लगातार प्रश्न आते हैं, पर लोग इसे आखिर में छोड़ देते हैं।
- बहुत सारे sources: एक standard book और अपने short notes — इससे ज़्यादा की ज़रूरत नहीं है।
- PYQ न लगाना: Unit-1 में प्रश्न दोहराए जाते हैं। PYQ लगाए बिना तैयारी अधूरी है।

?Frequently Asked Questions
1. Teaching Aptitude से कितने प्रश्न आते हैं?
Paper-1 के हर unit से लगभग 5 प्रश्न आते हैं, यानी 10 marks। Unit-1 conceptual है इसलिए यहाँ पूरे marks लाना सबसे आसान है।
2. क्या Teaching Aptitude के लिए अलग किताब चाहिए?
नहीं। किसी एक standard Paper-1 book का Unit-1 chapter और अपने short notes काफी हैं। ज़्यादा किताबें confusion बढ़ाती हैं।
3. Assertion-Reason प्रश्न कैसे हल करें?
पहले Assertion को अकेले सही/गलत तय कीजिए, फिर Reason को अकेले। दोनों सही हों तभी देखिए कि Reason, Assertion की सही व्याख्या करता है या नहीं।
